Snelling Staffing of Milwaukee is seeking a Return Inspector for a reputable warehouse facility in Mequon, WI. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role where attention to detail and pride in performance are key. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and documenting returned products to ensure only quality items are restocked or resold.

Responsibilities

• Clean returned products so they can be resold

• Document how each item was dispositioned (scrapped, stocked, etc.)

• Catch and report quality issues such as defects, customer damage, or safety concerns

• Assist with unloading returned packages from trucks daily (approx. 1 hour per day)

• Maintain accurate inspection records and a clean work area

• Stand at your inspection station for the entire shift while maintaining focus and accuracy

Work Environment

• Warehouse/dock setting – can be cold in winter and warm in summer

• Physical position requiring standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Qualifications
