You’ll be responsible for operating equipment used in cutting, gluing, and finish grinding of custom orthotic products. Key Responsibilities:

Operate grinding, gluing, or cutting machines as assigned

Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products

Follow detailed work orders and instructions

Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area

Meet or exceed daily production goals

Flex to other departments as needed
Qualifications:

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Strong hand-eye coordination

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attendance and punctuality
