We’re hiring a Functional Department Technician to join our Mequon-based manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves prepping custom orthotic devices by grinding, cleaning, and measuring them before they move to final assembly.

Responsibilities:

Prep orthotics by grinding and removing rough edges

Read and follow detailed work orders

Accurately measure using a ruler

Complete 80+ orthotics daily

Support other departments when needed
Qualifications:

Excellent attendance

Comfortable working with grinding tools and band saws

Basic ruler and measurement knowledge

Fast-paced work ethic with attention to detail
