About the Opportunity

Join our team as Event Staff for an exciting hip hop music and culture festival! This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-energy event while supporting guest safety and access management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gates and allow credentialed access only

• Scan tickets for festival attendees

• Conduct bag checks for prohibited items

• Walk the festival grounds to monitor crowds

• Stationary monitoring near stage and talent areas

• Provide crowd monitoring, observe and report activity

• Manage access for Front of House and Back of House areas

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to stand for long periods and walk distances up to ½ mile

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, crowded environment

• Meal provided during shift (pizza, sandwiches, or similar)

• Bring snacks or small food items for earlier in the day

• Bring a water bottle, raincoat/poncho, rain boots, or other weather gear
