About the Role

Snelling Staffing is recruiting an experienced Electrical Preconstruction Manager on behalf of our client in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. This individual will lead preconstruction efforts, foster strong client relationships, and deliver accurate cost estimates for large-scale commercial and healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development Team with proposals, interviews, and presentations

• Prepare cost estimates during design development and preconstruction phases

• Build and maintain relationships with General Contractors, Architects, and Engineering Firms

• Participate in value engineering, scheduling, and constructability reviews

• Identify new project opportunities and assist with business development initiatives

• Monitor cost trends, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and provide input on staffing and scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• 6+ years of experience in electrical estimating with an electrical contractor

• Proven success in estimating large commercial and healthcare projects ($5M–$10M+ budgets)

• Experience with Accubid and/or Conest required; knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit preferred

• Strong and stable employment history
