Pay Rate: $18.00 – 21.00 per hour

About the Role:
Snelling Staffing is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Day Program Coordinator to support individuals in a structured day program setting. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about helping others while leading engaging activities and ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead daily programming for participants
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere
• Document daily attendance and any incidents or behavior notes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and staff to support individual care plans
• Maintain a clean and organized program space
• Ensure compliance with all program policies and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in human services, special education, or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be patient, reliable, and organized
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
