Job Title: Cycle Counter (Inventory Specialist)
Location: Mequon, WI
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Position Overview:

We’re hiring a fast-paced, detail-driven Cycle Counter to help maintain inventory accuracy for a top-tier warehouse operation. This role is key to ensuring real-time product accountability and seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle counts using handheld RF scanners

• Audit and reconcile inventory discrepancies in real-time

• Navigate and track inventory across warehouse zones with precision

• Maintain clear records and follow established count procedures

• Communicate variances and inventory issues to supervisors

• Walk and stand for extended periods while maintaining high accuracy

• Support inbound/outbound inventory processes as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations preferred

• Must be comfortable walking at a fast pace and working on your feet all day

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic computer/RF scanner experience required

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs if needed

• Must be punctual, reliable, and ready to work in a team-focused environment
