JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service to clients

Answer questions about insurance policies, billing, and claims

Assist with policy changes, transfers, and documentation

Work in a team environment to meet customer needs

Problem-solve and provide effective solutions
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to learn and obtain insurance licenses (Property & Casualty + Life & Health)

Customer-first attitude and attention to detail

Must pass a background check
Preferred (but not required):

Bilingual (Spanish)

Previous insurance experience or licensing

Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet)
