ADA Project Manager $40-$45/hr
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re hiring an ADA Project Manager to oversee ADA signage and installation projects from kickoff to closeout. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage timelines, teams, and client expectations with precision.
What You’ll Do:

Manage ADA signage projects using CRM tools (e.g., Insightly)

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners

Handle project scheduling, approvals, and documentation

Ensure contract compliance, manage change orders, and track timelines

Communicate with clients, subs, vendors, and municipalities

Oversee jobsite readiness, site surveys, and installation logistics

Submit accurate billing (AIA forms, worksheets) and closeout paperwork

Maintain project quality, resolve issues, and keep things moving
What You Bring:

3+ years of project management experience (signage or construction preferred)

Strong communication and time management skills

CRM and project scheduling knowledge

Clean driving record and willingness to travel locally (10%)
