About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager (Sr. PM) to lead some of the largest and most complex HVAC/mechanical projects in the country. This role will be responsible for full project oversight, client relations, team leadership, and mentoring future project managers.

Responsibilities

• Direct mechanical project operations ($15M–$70M scope) from design to closeout

• Lead budget forecasting, scheduling, and project staffing decisions

• Mentor and supervise PMs, APMs, engineers, and field leaders

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Maintain strong client and partner relationships

• Drive quality control, safety, and productivity goals

• Support business development and help win new projects

Requirements

• 8+ years of mechanical/HVAC project management experience

• Extensive experience on multifamily, healthcare, or large commercial projects

• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, VRF/VRV, mechanical rooms, and ductwork

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

• Proficiency with project management tools (Oracle, Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related preferred

• Ability to travel 2–4 days/month (expenses covered)
