About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Mechanical Project Manager (PM) to oversee high-profile HVAC/mechanical projects in St. Petersburg, FL. This role manages project delivery from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, and teams stay aligned across multiple multimillion-dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects ranging from $15M–$70M

• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance

• Oversee RFIs, change orders, and documentation control

• Supervise APMs, engineers, and field leaders

• Build relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners

• Ensure safety and quality standards are met

Requirements

• 4–8 years of mechanical/HVAC project management experience

• Proven experience on multifamily or large commercial projects

• Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, ductwork, copper piping, and mechanical room installs

• Experience with Oracle, Accubid, Procore, or similar project management tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred

• Willing to travel to project sites (2–4 days/month, expenses covered)
