Job Title: Return Inspector
Pay Rate: $14.25/hour
Location: Mequon, WI 53092
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Return Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and processing returned products to ensure they meet resale standards. This is a physically active position that requires standing for extended periods and handling returned packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean returned products so they can be resold
• Document the disposition of each product (scrapped, restocked, etc.)
• Identify and report quality issues or customer concerns, such as defects or injuries
• Assist with unloading returned packages from trucks
• Accurately complete required paperwork and follow written procedures

Requirements:

• Must be able to read and understand English
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
• Previous warehouse or quality control experience is a plus, but not required
